Homework: none I ended up having to be out again today as I hurt myself this morning and had to go to the doctor. I'll be fine, but I'll be in a boot for a while- getting old is rough! Hopefully, the class was able to watch two Brain Pop videos, complete a card matching activity with the parts of the water cycle, and then create flash cards to use to study for the vocabulary quiz that will be on Monday. Y'all have a good weekend- and be careful going down stairs!
Homework: study for water cycle vocabulary quiz on Monday- CLICK HERE FOR THE QUIZLET I was at a training today. Homework: finish classwork choice assignment; you can use this link to find a quizlet to study for a water cycle quiz that will be on Monday We did a lot today! We started off with two Brain Pop videos and a discussion about how one might purify water using the water cycle. Then, we had a dramatic reader's theater, and a movement game using "dice" to travel through locations where water is found on Earth. And then we looked at some definitions of terms related to the water cycle, and I showed off my *fabulous* drawing abilities with a plant showing transpiration and the sun flexing his muscles while offering energy bars. Phew!
Homework: none Today was an eCyberMission workday and we began the process of locating resources for research.
