*WE ARE DOING A LAB TOMORROW DURING WHICH YOU MAY GET A LITTLE DIRTY* Homework: "Finding the Relative Age of Rocks" page Today you were introduced to relative and absolute dating, index fossils, and calculating ages using half-life. We'll continue talking about it tomorrow.
Homework: finish the Rocks Provide a Timeline for Earth #1-6 and then #1-2 for the math page on the back Today we reviewed the Earth's layers comparison chart and then read about them.
Homework: finish the six questions we were working on today Today we completed the RI test and then worked on a comparing Earth's layers page that we will go over tomorrow.
Homework: none (even if you did not finish your page from today- none!) Today we watched a Bill Nye video on Earth's crust and completed a KWL for it, then answered questions from a reading passage. Tomorrow we will be in the computer lab by the drama classroom (room 708) to complete the RI assessment.
Homework: none HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope everyone enjoyed the break. I'm back at the school getting ready to begin a new semester on Monday. If you were absent the last couple of days before the break and missed the Unit 4 Hydrology test, be prepared to take it on Monday so I can change your incomplete to a numerical score.
